As we get ready for another anticipated big year, we thought in 2018 we would take this opportunity to reflect on how successful 2017 was for AXSource®. With great pride we can say we have made HUGE CHANGES such as various expansions, upgrades, new connections and rebranding to showcase our expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Regulatory and Quality Consulting, and application development.
Reflecting on 2017
Expansion to New Heights
We are now bigger than ever as we have increased our team in Canada and abroad to India! This includes increased support in both our technical and functional consultant areas as well as a growing team within our sales and digital marketing field. Over and above our team expansion and product line has grown to include two NEW ISV solutions to our stack.
In 2017, AXSource® opened a new office in Oakville, Ontario. The increased desk space, multiple meeting rooms and boardrooms caters to our exceptional clientele in the vast industries we serve. This also allows us to better serve local clients who had to sometimes get help from US partners. With us having two product development teams for OCS and QCS as well as a digital marketing team, we can use this space to have all the teams in one office to work more collaboratively together.
First of all, we upgraded our AXOQCS product from AX 2012 to D365. We improved our AXOQCS™ product to include more functionality for Quality and Compliance Management to better enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365. This cloud ERP software is a one stop shop for GxP regulated companies as the system allows for system wide compliant operations as well as quality management. We are also in the process of rebranding and moving forward with the name QCS™ in replacement to AXOQCS™.
We were also approached by cannabis companies because of our expertise in the regulatory industry. This resulted in us upgrading our D365Cann™ product to provide a solution for this rapidly growing industry. Aligning with Microsoft Dynamics 365, we have changed our cannabis ERP solution to OCS™. It provides the benefits of ERP as a total seed-to-sale solution with full traceability as well as a strong finance module to help companies that go public. As this industry is increasing more than ever, our team at AXSource® is thrilled to dive into this new sector and look forward to the different opportunities to come with it.
New Connections & Continued Success
This year, we made new partners: BDO, KPMG, DXC, and CGI; we’re better together. These partnerships will allow for continued growth in AXSource®, where our name will remain to be the experts in Microsoft Dynamics and Regulatory and Quality Consulting.
We have also become the go-to partner for pharmaceutical, life science and cannabis projects and helped our partners with RFPs. Understanding that there are a multitude of regulations within these industries, the AXSource® team is confident when dealing with highly regulated fields. Our consultants are trained and skilled in cloud-based ERP solutions within pharma and life science industries.
And 2018 is set to be even bigger and better than 2017!
Global Expansion and AXUG
We are growing our operations to include Europe starting with our participation in the AXUG EMEA Summit. Dublin here we come! Come join us at the AXUG EMEA Summit in April for an exciting conference about Dynamics 365. Our very own Navneet Sekhon will be there discussing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Compliance Consideration in Dynamics AX/365. This will also be a great opportunity to see the best ERP software for cannabis and connect with our team.
In addition, we are in the process of expanding our office in India to provide our new products for the Retail and Life Sciences industry. QCS™ will expand to production in India as well.
Continued Success in the World of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Last year was an exciting time partnering with Microsoft, KPMG, DXC, and CGI! We have big plans in store to work on multiple private and public opportunities with them using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Furthermore, we are taking our services to the next level in the pharmaceutical industry and vertical cannabis industry by offering customized ISV products to amplify productivity.
