George Kotsopoulos to Head Up Managed Services and Support Team at AXSource
OAKVILLE, Ontario. January 15, 2020. – AXSource Infotech Inc., a global Microsoft Partner focused on the sale, delivery and support of Microsoft Dynamics solutions today announced that George Kotsopoulos has joined the organization as Engagement Manager. George brings over 24 years of experience in the Information Technology sector including seven years in Managed Services and Cloud Computing with Microsoft Solutions and will operate from our Oakville office. George’s mandate is to work closely with the teams in Canada, Singapore and India to build out the portfolio of Support Services along with the associated business processes to support AXSource customers worldwide. In addition to Dynamics 365 Application Support, the expanded services will include IT concierge-type services such as Asset Management, Proactive Maintenance and Enhancements and Monthly Reporting and a Virtual CIO available to provide IT Guidance at an executive level – all delivered with an industry-leading Service Level Agreement (SLA).
“As our customer base grows, and cloud services become a core component to the growth of our business, we felt it was important to have a member of our management team dedicated to ensuring the ongoing support needs of our customers are met.
