Candidate Must Have :
- 4 – 10 years of hands-on experience in AX/D365 F&O technical development.
- Strong expertise in .NET, Visual Studio, C#, X++, and SSRS.
- Deep understanding of D365/AX ERP platform architecture, security, cloud concepts, and infrastructure.
- Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and writing complex SQL queries.
- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
- Experience designing and developing integrations, customizations, and data conversions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Synapse (an advantage).
- Knowledge of web service integration, AIF, and CDS/Dataverse.
- Experience with implementing DevOps for D365 projects.
- Ability to work with APIs, including REST/OData and SOAP.
- Understanding of Azure architecture, integration patterns, and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement technical interfaces, customizations, extensions, and data migrations for D365 F&O.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/OData, SOAP, and other supported endpoints.
- Conduct and support Unit Testing, System Testing, and UAT.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support and enhance existing D365 F&O implementations within a consulting environment.
- Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) for solution management, issue tracking, and deployment.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations (minimum three AX/D365 projects preferred).
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in full life-cycle implementations of AX/D365 (3+ projects ideal).
- D365 certification (preferred).
- Ability to travel internationally up to 80% (if required).
- Valid work visa for Canada and/or the United States is a plus.
